I figure families have little time to cook good healthy meals for their families. I've done a lot of research inti this and have found it is quite lucrative in other parts of the country.. the area I live in have the same demographic as areas that this service DOES do well in (actually the area Im in have a higher median income than other areas)...No one here is doing this type of thing...so no competition. I make a kick ass burrito and other mexican meals.. the food costs aren't that high for those type meals..kids love them.. Im planning on making everything fresh using local produce when possible..making my own salsas..and tortillas...
